Spanish hotel group NH Hotels has sold its Hilton-branded properties in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Ciudad Juárez as well as its contracts to operate Krystal Hotels in Cancun, Ixtapa and Puerto Vallarta. The Chartwell Group, Nexxus Capital and Walton Street Capital purchased the properties.
NH plans to reorganize its activities in Mexico as the Santa Fe Hotel Group.
