Mexicana Airlines

An entity going by the name of Mex-Atlantica has acquired 95 percent of Mexicana Airlines’s stock and announced plans to get the carrier into the air again. Financially troubled Mexicana has not flown since August, 2010. First order of business would be paying debts, including reimbursing passengers who never were able to use their tickets. Other matters include trying to obtain recover routes that were abandoned as well as get back slots at various airports.
